Welcome to IDNR's Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act Administrative Rules website. Based on a record level of public participation following the initial release of proposed rules last fall, IDNR has substantially strengthened and clarified several sections of the proposed rules now before JCAR.
Below, you will find all documents that IDNR submitted to JCAR. These documents include Revised Administrative Rules, IDNR's Response to Public Comments, a list of people and organizations who submitted comments, and all public comments as received by the IDNR during the first notice comment period.
