NOTICE: All shoot disciplines – trap, skeet, sporting clays, pistol/rifle – are by event only. Please review the WSRC calendar to find an event you can participate in.

The World Shooting and Recreational Complex is available for public use and organized events. Public hours for each shooting discipline – trap, skeet, sporting clays, pistol, and rifle – are listed on the calendar of events.

Main event center

8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday

Closed on Illinois state holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lincoln’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, General Election Day (in certain years), Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Berm

Available by reservation only. Call 618-295-2700 to reserve a time.

Sporting clays

Hours are weather permitting.

April 1 to Oct. 31: 9 a.m. to dusk on Thursdays; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday

Nov. 1 to March 31: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday

Trap and skeet

Hours are weather permitting.

April 1 to Nov. 30: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday

Trap league: 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday

Dec. 1 to March 31: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday

Fishing

Available at the East, Derby, and RV lakes daily from sunrise to sunset

Camping

Online campsite reservations can be made through the ExploreMoreIL reservation site for dates between April 1 and Oct. 31. For more information, call 618-295-2732.
