Project Title: Conservation Status of Watch-list EPT Species

Community and/or Species Focus:

 Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Tichoptera

Goals/Objectives:
  1. Conduct surveys on 72 Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Tichoptera (EPT) Illinois Watch-list species
  2. Analyze relationships of species to biotic and abiotic variables
  3. Conduct conservation status assessment of each species
Achievements:
  1. ​State Conservation Status Ranks (S ranks) for up to 72 EPT Watch-list species
  2. A specimen dataset and map coverages for all EPT Watch-list species
  3. An analysis of factors important in the distribution of EPT Watch-list species
  4. Key locations to be prioritized for conservation activities
